Pipeline Act
Persons who need to rely on the text of the Statutes for legal and
other purposes may obtain the official version of the 1996 Revised Statutes of
British Columbia and subsequent annual consolidations from Crown Publications.
These Revised Statutes and annual consolidations are available as a complete
set in loose-leaf or in bound sets. Copies of individual Acts and Regulations,
and the Concordance are also available from Crown Publications Inc.

| For an approval to sell, assign, transfer, convey or lease a pipeline, to
amalgamate its pipeline with that of another company or to contract the
operation of its pipeline to another company |
$100 per pipeline |
| an annual fee of $25 a kilometer of pipeline registered by a company |
$25 per kilometer. |
