Within 24 months of abandonment / decommissioning of a wellsite /
testhole / facility, please submit:
•
Application for a Certificate of Restoration - Part 1
•

Environment notice/instrument of release to commence reclamation
activities. If a PSI/DSI is not required, the operator should
commence surface reclamation activities without undue delay.
After surface reclamation activities, please submit:
•
an Application for a COR – Part 2
• A
satisfactory reclamation inspection report or Schedule B Site
Assessment if sites are within the Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR)
•
