| Mike Waberski, (Chair) |

| Mr. Waberski is a Professional British Columbia Land Surveyor with Waberski Darrow Survey Group Ltd. of Fort St. John. He has 26 years experience as a professional land surveyor. Areas of expertise include planning, survey engineering, project analysis, and design as well as liaison with various government agencies.
Mr. Waberski has been involved in the Oil and Gas Industry in Northeastern British Columbia for the past 25 years. In 1982 Mr. Waberski founded Waberski Darrow and in 2000 became the president of EBA Waberski Darrow, a new joint venture company formed with EBA Engineering Consultants Ltd. offering environmental and land management services for the Oil and Gas sector.
Mr. Waberski has successfully participated in a broad spectrum of Oil and Gas Industry projects and numerous cadastral surveying projects. He has also been involved in various regulatory review initiatives and was active in the OGC Practice Advisory Group.

| Shirley Viens lives in Cecil Lake and is a partner in the family business, Framst & Viens, began as her grandparent's homestead in 1930. Shirley and her daughter own a corporate communications and advertising business, Crayon Box Design & Promotions Ltd. She graduated from North Peace Secondary School and went on to Simon Fraser University for 2 years. Ms. Viens is a member of many organizations, some of which include the Rotary Club of Fort St. John, the Fort St. John & District Chamber of Commerce and the Nor’ Pioneer Women’s Institute. She is a Director on the BC executive of the Promotional Products Association of Canada. |

| Brad graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Major in Finance) from the University of Calgary in 2001. After working on Bay Street and Wall Street with an international investment bank in their global trading group, Brad returned to the family business. He is currently the CEO of Action Health and Safety Services, an energy services business based in Dawson Creek, BC. Brad is also the President of the Energy Services Association of British Columbia, founding board member of the Northeast Region Community Foundation, a member of Entrepreneurs Organization – Calgary Chapter, a board member of the Petroleum Human Resources Council of Canada, and a member of the BC Petroleum Safety Association Advisory Committee. Brad is passionate about creating a balance in his life between business, community, and health. He enjoys the challenge of working with these dynamics in his business, as well as the committees and associations he is active in. |

| Mr. Dahlen is a former Mayor and Councillor with the City of Dawson Creek. He has also held management positions with BC Telephone (BC Tel) and Timberline Pontiac Buick. Mr. Dahlen was the former Executive Director with the Dawson Creek and District Chamber of Commerce. Active in his community, he has served as a former President with Kinsmen Club, Dawson Creek Rotary Club, and the Dawson Creek Canuck Hockey Club, and is a Director with The South Peace Community Resources Society and the BC Northern Winter Games 2008. |

| Ms. Nicholson brings to the committee an insight of an aboriginal person, born and raised in Fort Nelson, owner of Nicholson Contracting, a company that provides Oilfield Services. Prior to this, she was the Director of Lands, Resources and Treaty Rights with the Fort Nelson First Nations, a Community Coordinator and Land Agent with Duke Energy Gas Transmission, and an Aboriginal Liaison Officer with the OGC. Currently, Ms. Nicholson is a member of the International Right of Way Association, the Mackenzie River Basin Board, and the Chalo School Board. She holds a diploma in Land Resource Management from the Northern Lights College in Fort St. John. |

| Ms. Penney is the Regulatory Manager of Exploration and Production with Shell Canada Limited. Prior to this, she was the Practice Area Lead with AXYS Environmental Consultants and a Principle in various management roles with Jacques Whitford Environmental Limited. She has served on the board of directors for ECO Canada, Ungulaq Jacques Ltd., Jacques Whitford Ltd., and Tieg’hoti Jacques Ltd. Ms. Penney obtained her Executive Management Certificate from Queen’s University and has a Master in Science from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of Toronto. |

| Mr. Herald is the Manager of Operations in BC with the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP). Prior to this, he was an Environmental Advisor with CAPP as well as an owner/operator of a small business. He is also the current Chair of the CAPP Pension Committee. A graduate of St. Francis Xavier University, Mr. Herald holds his Bachelor of Business Administration, Management. Mr. Herald also sits on the Board of MacGregor Model Forest and the Steering Committee for the Science, Community and Environmental Knowledge Fund. |

| Lynn Allan Blair graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1964 with a Bachelor of Science of Agriculture. He is a member of the BC Institute of Agrologists and he worked as an Agrologist for the Government of British Columbia. Mr. Blair was the founding Director of the Charlie Lake Conservation Society and acted as both Vice-President and President of the Society at one time. Mr. Blair was also President of the P. R. Branch of the BC Institute of Agrologists and also one of the founding Directors for the Peace River Watershed Council. |
