   COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT
      WINTER STREAM CROSSINGS
Operators must install and remove winter stream crossings as specified in their approval of oil and gas development applications.

As a condition of approval of these crossings, they must be removed prior to freshet each spring.

To assist Operators and the OGC with the management of these crossings and their timely removal, the OGC provides a client portal web site for recording and reporting on stream crossings location and status.

The Operators User Guide for this web site will assist in navigation and procedures.
