ADVISORY COMMITTEE       FORMS, PUBLICATIONS AND GUIDELINES The Advisory Committee request for reconsideration process is as follows: Step Action Timeline 1. Notification of the approval of an application is made to all known interested parties. 0 days 2. A section 9 application must be received by the Advisory Committee in care of the secretary, and each original applicant, identifying the OGC’s original decision, the date of the decision, grounds for the application and the applicant’s name and address. 15 working days from the original OGC approval date 3. The Secretary of the Advisory Committee will notify the original applicant and all other interested parties of the section 9 applicant. 3 working days 4. The Secretary must be in receipt of information supplied by the original applicant and all other interested parties. 7 business days for interested parties 10 business days for the original applicant 5. A quorum of the Advisory Committee will meet and deliberate the issue(s) outlined in the section 9 application. The Advisory Committee grants/does not grant the application and notification is made to the Commissioner of the Oil and Gas Commission, the section 9 Applicant, the original Applicant and other interested parties. 30 business days from the date of the original approval 6. If the Committee does grant the application, the Commissioner will either grant or not grant the request for ADR and notification is made to the section 9 applicant, the original applicant and other parties. 35 business days from the date of the original approval 7. If the Commissioner does grant the request, facilitator(s) are authorized. 5 business days 8. Consensual ADR is conducted. 12 business days 9.
