A section 9 application must be received by the Advisory Committee in care of the secretary, and each original applicant, identifying the OGC’s original decision, the date of the decision, grounds for the application and the applicant’s name and address. |

The Secretary of the Advisory Committee will notify the original applicant and all other interested parties of the section 9 applicant. |
